Presumably the last option was included for employees from the deep south who may not have been aware the word tooth has a plural.

Depends if brushing teeth with baking soda when I was headin to the underage discos (when I was underage too, ya durty-minded mooks) counts or not.
Wouldn't actually mind getting them whitened tho - years of red wine and ciggys don't exactly make them sparkle.
